TeSR™-E5 Kit for hESC/hiPSC Research產(chǎn)品介紹：

TeSR™-E5 is a defined, serum- and xeno-free medium that is based on the formulation of TeSR™-E8™, but does not contain transforming growth factor β (TGF-β), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) or insulin. It may be used as a basal medium for differentiation of human embryonic stem (ES) cells and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells, or other applications where removal of the above cytokines and insulin is desirable.

Recommended for:        

• TeSR™-E5 medium can be used for differentiation protocols, screening assays and other applications. Customers should add appropriate cytokines and growth factors for their specific applications. For applications where insulin is required, TeSR™-E6 may be used.

• TeSR™-E5 is not suitable for maintenance of human ES and iPS cells, or reprogramming to iPS cells. Fully optimized media should be used for maintenance of human ES and iPS cells (TeSR™-E8™, mTeSR™1 or TeSR™2) and reprogramming to human iPS cells (TeSR™-E7™).
